We want to use standard SupplierInvoiceBOD to cerate the supplier invoice.
How to cerate XML file to which will be picked by ion to cerate supplier invoice in LN ERP using this BOD.
is there any standard XML sample available for this process BOD?

negative balance on a supplier account

Hi gurus.

i have a situation here that i need to fix but can't see how.
We have a supplier invoice that was match and approved.
it was also paid and a credit was applied to it.
But looks like a currency rate different was processed because now, i have a negative amount in the supplier account.

So the P40 (match invoice) is $14335
the B90 (paid to bank) was $9397
the P15 (Credit) was $7167
So the balance is $ -2229

They kind of overpaid. But i can't do a write off payment bacause i cannot enter a negative amount.

i was thinking maybe to add an extra line in the PO to offset the difference so that his balance will be at 0. But wanted to reach out to see if you have another solution for this.

While trying to reverse GRN made for excess quantity ( Ordered 10, Receive 5, GRN made for 10, Inspection=NO), a line was inserted with -ve quantity. While making receipt, getting message Inventory is 0. Stock is available in the location without any HOLD.

ILC is implemented.

One more order was created with RETURN type, still unable to make receipt .

Any idea? How to reverse wrong GRN?

Warehousing query

Hello,

I've got a request from users to provide a BI query for Warehousing picking history.
My first approach was to start with the whinh270 (Outbound Order Lines History) in order to display the number of pickings in status Staged per user and per date.
A few days ago our users requested in a second tab to display the pickings by Warehouse locations which are not available in the main table.
I'm since then I'm trying to match my Outbound historical date with other tables like whinr100 (Inventory transactions by Stock Point) or whinh225 (Outbound Advice) but its really a pain inte ass as the only key would be the Order number (orno) and the position(pono). I tried with kost = 5, warehouse and a few seconds before or after) but I'm not confident.
Would you perhaps have some other tables or approach that I can use to answer that need?

Prod Order main and alternative changes

Hi all,

May I inquire about the production order I've created with a status of 'planned'? In my estimated material position 10, the main part has been changed to an alternative part, and the document has been printed or released. However, upon changing the production order quantity and saving, the estimated material automatically reverts from the alternative part to the main part.

How to disable to auto change it?

how to activate add.set with zoom.to session

Hi,
I am new to Baan V code with DAL. I am trying to zoom to whinh5101s000 session from another custom session. Before zoom to whinh5101s000 I added a record (adjustment order) in whinh500 and exported the fields to whinh5101s000. I am unable to go past before.program in whinh5101s000.
How do I execute before.display.object and also insert the record in whinh5101s000?

Trigger a BOD

I see that ReceiveDelivery BOD triggers at time of receipt confirmation. if there is an inspection approval process, it does not trigger again with actual 'approved quantity';

Is it possible I can make the BOD fire again when the advised quantity field gets updated in whinh312 ? Thanks

If I do a Table extension on whinh312 or on tdpur406 or on tdpur401 and call BOD.Publish() every time Advised Quantity gets updated, will this happen?

When I and my my ex-colleague James Gittins started the site in 2001, we never imagined it would become such a big success. 22 years has been a very good run indeed but it is time to move on.

For the last few months, I have tried to find a serious party who could continue the site as-is and also bring sufficient commitment and resources to make the site more up-to-date again. Unfortunately these efforts have failed so I am discontinuing the site forever. I do not not have the time anymore to revive the site as is really required to make it a modern & secure platform to go into 2024 and beyond.

So what is going to happen?:

As of today user registrations on the site are no longer allowed. Users and guests can continue to access the site's resources as before until the end of the year.
On december 31st, the site will shut down. All data - user profiles, forum content, documents or other - will be removed, the VPS that is hosting the site will be erased.
Sometime in January 2024, the e-mail to @baanboard.com will stop working as well
I will keep both Internet domains baanboard.com & baanforums.com registered in my name to avoid future abuse.

What is not going to happen?:

Data sale: do NOT contact me for any questions regarding the sale of any user data or other bits and pieces from the site. I will ignore and refuse all such demands.
Restore of personal information/documents: do NOT ask me to retrieve a document or post you have contributed in the past from a backup, because: there simply will not be any backups anymore. If you want to save information from the site, do so before 31-dec-2023!
